UV Nova Steriliser

We recommend using a wet cloth to wipe the interior and exterior of the device every week. Please do not submerge the device in water for cleaning as this will damage the electronics.

You can safely sterilise and dry any baby bottles, plastics, toys or cloths. We highly advise against using the Drying function for any electronics or battery-powered devices with this Steriliser, as it risks damaging the internal components.

The UV Nova Steriliser has a storage capacity of 22 Litres. You can comfortably store up to 18 baby bottles inside the Steriliser or a combination of other baby essentials like toys and clothes.

The UV Nova Steriliser features three temperature options - 50°C, 60°C, 70°C - for the Auto, Drying & Cloth Modes.

The UV Nova Sterilizer comes with a default warranty period of 12 months from when you receive it. This warranty period covers any issues or defects to the Steriliser's component.

The UV Nova Steriliser is covered by a 12 months limited warranty from the date of purchase and a 1-1 replacement will be provided if it meets all the requirements.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and functional malfunctions when the device is used in accordance with the user manual and safety guidelines provided.

This warranty does not cover:

i. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or failure to follow operating and care instructions

ii. Normal wear and tear from regular use

iii. Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s performance

iv. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, tampering, or modifications

v. Malfunctions due to the use of non-compatible or non-original accessories not distributed by Super Mama Lab Sdn. Bhd.

vi. Issues arising from improper cleaning, exposure to water in non-waterproof components, or failure to maintain hygiene as instructed

We do not offer repairs for damages caused by user error, cleaning, self-repairs or other third-party repairs. We do not offer 1-1 replacements for warranty claims.
