We ship to anywhere in Singapore; All orders placed before 11AM will be shipped out on the same day.
How long will delivery take?

Please note that we offer replacements for defective or faulty products & parts. We do not offer replacements for damages caused by user error, cleaning, self-repairs or other third-party repairs.

Air Plus Wearable Pump
What pump shield sizes are available, and how do I know if they will fit?
The Air Plus Wearable Pump is suitable for 24mm and 27mm by default. For sizes smaller than 24mm, we offer Funnel Inserts for sizes between 17mm, 19mm and 21mm.
We recommend measuring your nipple size before purchase to see what size would be best suited for you.
How loud is the Air Plus Pump?
Our Air Plus Wearable Pump's motor is 56 decibels when in use. That's quieter than the usual work office (60 decibels).
How long does the Air Plus take to charge?
The Air Plus Wearable Pump takes 2 hours to fully charge.
How long does the battery last?
The Air Plus Wearable Pump will last 5-6 uses after fully charging, depending on intensity of suction level.
How often should the Air Plus be serviced?
We recommend replacing your Air Plus Wearable Pump's parts every 2-3 months for the best performance, or if you see any wear & tear.
Please note that all parts should be hand-washed with water, and are not suitable for sterilising or steam cleaning.
