How often should the HEPA-13 Filter be replaced?
We recommend replacing the HEPA-13 Filter every 10-12 months (depending on usage frequency). It can be purchased on our website under the Accessories collection.
What is the warranty period?
The AirPury comes with a default warranty period of 1 Year, starting from when you receive it. This warranty covers any issues or defects with the AirPury device, whereas all accessories are covered by a 7-Day warranty upon receiving the product. However, this warranty only covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage caused by human error or any misuse.
What is your warranty policy?
All defective & damaged products will be replaced 1:1 with the same product. Please contact our customer support team with your receipt and/or order number to claim your warranty.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders fulfilled in West Malaysia take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders made before 11AM will be fulfilled on the same day.
All orders in East Malaysia will take between 5 - 10 business days to arrive.
