How often should Flexifit Pump accessories be replaced?
Flexifit Pump accessories (Valve, Backflow Protector and Linker) should be replaced every 2-3 months, while the Flange should be replaced every 6 months or as needed. Replacement period may vary depending on pumping frequency.
What is the warranty period?
The Flexifit Tubeless Pump comes with a default warranty period of 6 Months, starting from when you receive it or when your baby is born - whichever comes first. This warranty covers any issues or defects with the Flexifit Tubeless Breast Pump Motor, whereas all accessories are covered by a 7-Day warranty upon receiving the product. However, this warranty only covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage caused by human error or any misuse.
What is the warranty policy?
All defective & damaged products will be replaced 1:1 with the same product. Please contact our customer support team with your receipt and/or order number to claim your warranty.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders fulfilled in West Malaysia take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders made before 11AM will be fulfilled on the same day.
All orders in East Malaysia will take between 5 - 10 business days to arrive.

How can I clean the products?
Our products should be cleaned regularly with soap and handwashing or with UV sterilisers. Please note that all electronic products and Tritan plastic products must be air dried; drying inside a UV steriliser may risk dmanaging the products.
