How to clean and maintain the UV House Steriliser?

Before cleaning, ensure the UV Steriliser is turned off and unplugged. Use a warm towel to gently clean the interior and glass panel to avoid scratches. We recommend using a clean microfiber towel. Wipe away water stains with a wet towel and wipe any excess moisture with a dry cloth.

What is the storage capacity?

The UV House Steriliser has a storage capacity of 16 Litres. You can comfortably store up to 12 baby bottles inside the Steriliser or a combination of other baby essentials like toys and cloths.

What items can I safely sterilise and store?

You can safely sterilise and dry any baby bottles, plastics, toys or cloths. We highly advise against using the Drying function for any electronics or battery-powered devices with this Steriliser, as it risks damaging the internal components.

Do not sterilise skincare, cosmetic, food.

What is your warranty period?

The UV House Steriliser comes with a default warranty period of 1 Year, starting from when you receive it. This warranty covers any issues or defects with the UV House Steriliser, whereas all accessories are covered by a 7-Day warranty upon receiving the product. However, this warranty only covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage caused by human error or any misuse.

All defective & damaged products will be replaced 1:1 with the same product. Please contact our customer support team with your receipt and/or order number to claim your warranty.
