How can I store milk directly after pumping?
Close the Air Plus bottle with the container lid (included in every purchase) and store it immediately in a refrigerator. Do not store your Air Plus bottles in the freezer.
How should I clean the Air Plus Pump's accessories?
All Air Plus Pump accessories (shields, bottles, sealing cap, container lid, valve, backflow protector and funnel insert) can be washed with soap and sterilised with UV Steriliser or rinsed with hot water. The Air Plus Pump’s Motor can be UV Sterilised but must be air dried.
How often should I change the Air Plus' accessories?
We recommend replacing the accessory parts of your Air Plus every 2-3 months or sooner if you notice any signs of wear and tear to maintain optimal performance.
Can I use the Air Plus while it's charging?
For your safety and to prevent overheating, please do not pump while charging the Air Plus Wearable Pump. It is also not recommended to charge overnight. Please ensure your Air Plus is fully charged before each use for safety purposes.
Why are the motor & breast shield separated by a gap?
The gap between the 24mm Shield and Air Plus is designed to ensure a comfortable fit for moms with elastic nipples.
What is the warranty period for this item?
The Air Plus Pump comes with a default warranty period of 1 Year, starting from when you receive it or when your baby is born (whichever applicable). This warranty covers any issues or defects with the Air Plus Pump, whereas all accessories are covered by a 7-Day warranty upon receiving the product. However, this warranty only covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage caused by human error or any misuse.
What is the warranty policy for this item?
