How do I clean this item?
We recommend cleaning your Portable Milk Warmer with food-grade wet wipes or rinse with hot water (please ensure the charging port is securely closed before rinsing). For thorough cleaning, gently remove the rubber ring attached to the stainless steel, wash it with soap and sterilise using UV light or hot water.
How do I measure my baby bottle's size?
Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the diameter of your baby bottle’s neck with the teat and ring removed. We recommend double-checking the baby bottle neck size through the product packaging or description for further accuracy.
How can I check the battery level?
Short press the Power Button to check the battery level. We recommend to charge your Portable Milk Warmer when battery is below 20%. A “LO” indicator will appear when the battery is critically low.
Can I use the Warmer while it's charging?
For your safety and to prevent overheating, we do not recommend using the Portable Milk Warmer while charging. It is also not recommended to charge overnight. Please ensure your Portable Milk Warmer is fully charged before every use.
How often should the rubber ring be replaced?
We recommend replacing the rubber ring every 3 months. It can be purchased separately on our website under our Accessories collection.
What is the warranty period for this item?
The Portable Milk Warmer comes with a default warranty period of 1 Year, starting from when you receive it. This warranty covers any issues or defects with the Portable Milk Warmer device, whereas all accessories are covered by a 7-Day warranty upon receiving the product. However, this warranty only covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage caused by human error or any misuse.
What is the warranty policy for this item?
All defective & damaged products will be replaced 1:1 with the same product. Please contact our customer support team with your receipt and/or order number to claim your warranty.
