What is the warranty period?
Our products come with a 12 months warranty period; starting from the purchase date.
Our breast pumps come with a 12 month warranty period starting from either the purchase date or the date your baby is born (whichever comes later).
What is the warranty policy?
All defective & damaged products will be replaced 1:1 with the same product. Please contact our customer support team with your receipt and/or order number to claim your warranty.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders fulfilled in West Malaysia take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders made before 11AM will be fulfilled on the same day.
All orders in East Malaysia will take between 5 - 10 business days to arrive.

How can I clean the products?
Our products should be cleaned regularly with soap and handwashing or with UV sterilisers. Please note that all electronic products and Tritan plastic products must be air dried; drying inside a UV steriliser may risk damaging the products.
